Purpose

The development of physical capacities and the training culture has seen significant improvements in recent years; however, it remains greatly neglected by many coaches and clubs. This gap in the physical development of young athletes, coupled with the knowledge I have accumulated over more than a decade of coaching various athletes, led me to create this website. My aim is to share my experience and convey important insights.

Long-term Development Process

The development of physical capacities has become an increasingly prominent priority in the long-term athletic development process.

From an early age, athletes should be systematically exposed to training stimulation that are appropriately aligned with their maturational stage, contributing significantly to their athletic performance potential at the senior level.

The implementation of training interventions with youth athletes across various developmental contexts should involve structured planning and individualized prescription, taking into account each athlete’s unique biological and maturational profile.
